Introduction to Meditation – 5 week course

meditatorClarity of mind.  Greater focus. Improved immune function. Lower stress.  These are just a few of the benefits of a meditation practice.  Tuesday evenings from February 4, 2014 – March 4, 2014, (6:30 pm – 8 pm) I’ll be offering an Introduction to Meditation class at the National Center for Weight and Wellness.  This class is geared to those who are interested in learning more about the benefits of meditation and in establishing a meditation practice in their lives.  A range of topics are covered including: training your attention; establishing a daily practice; mindfulness in daily life; and cultivating compassion for yourself and others.  Registration is open to those currently enrolled in NCWW programs.
