When you bring your body out into the landscape, you’re bringing your body home to where it belongs. Because human bodies weren’t really made for offices, for streets and corners and tight places.

Inner Outer Adventure

This weekend workshop is a taste of summer camp with a grown up twist. Step out of your routines, explore new activities, and reinvigorate your inner life through outdoor activity, meditation, movement, and self care. Come and play – there will be something to stretch your horizons whether you consider yourself an outdoor type, a dedicated meditator, or spend most of your time behind a desk managing the stresses of professional life. The weekend will include a balance of adventure, inner activity, and  personal time to relax, hike, or enjoy a bodywork session.

Offering stunning surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and delicious meals created with organic, locally grown food, we’ll be taking full advantage of EarthRise‘s miles of hiking trails, extensive permaculture garden, and hot tub overlooking the rolling hills of Sonoma County countryside. We’ll also travel off campus, exploring more of Sonoma County’s beautiful outdoor environment.

Inner/Outer Adventure 2012 is completed.  If interested in attending next year, please contact Ellen to be put on the mailing list!
