Capitol Hill Monday Night Meditation

Drop in to St Mark’s for a 30-minute guided meditation followed by an exploration of bringing practice into our lives more fully and skillfully.  This class is offered by the Insight Meditation Community of Washington every Monday at St Mark’s Episcopal Church.  I’ll be teaching in this venue occasionally over the next months.  Check the calendar regularly for dates when I’ll be teaching and come when you can!

This event is offered freely.  A donation of $10-15 is suggested to contribute to the cost of the venue and support the teachers in their work.
